Deadlines
- Fall 2008 THE enrollment is now open. Enrollments are due June 15, 2008.
- Productivity/calf data on fall 2007 THE dams is due by June 15, 2008.
- Data cutoff for the fall 2008 genetic evaluation is June 1, 2008. Data must be processed by that date.
We've changed the layout of the site and added new features, including:
- Moving selections to a navigation bar at the top of the page with drop down menus

- Adding Pedigree Expansion to 'Animal Display'

- Enhancing online data entry
|
- Adding the ability to form and sort groups
|
- Improving summaries and reports
|
- Improving the upload and download feature

How To
- Choose 'Log in' from options tab in the top bar to log into the web site to register, transfer and have access to your records. Have your member number and password available.
- After logging in choose 'online' under 'Data Entry' to enter registrations, transfers, calf records and THE enrollments on line. Choose 'download' to get a filled out form to enter this information off line in Excel and upload at a later date. Choose 'upload' when the Excel file is complete and data is ready to send to ASA.
- To display epd and pedigree information choose 'Animal Search' under 'Data Search'. Choose 'EPD Search' to search the database for animals meeting specified EPD and other criteria.
- To view herd reports (calf crop summary) and extract data on animals in your herd, after logging in choose 'Groups/Reports' under the 'Herd Mgmt'.
